Belgium – National Day 21st of July:
- No distribution of mail and parcels
- No intake at international sorting center (EMC), possible on 24/07 from 6am
- Intake at national sorting centers (BE) possible on 21/07 after 6pm
Belgium – limited service 28th of July
No distribution of letters (this includes First Service, Daily Service and Early Daily Service). Delivery of parcels, magazines and newspapers are not impacted. Post Offices, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Points remain open.

Mercury – maintenance window 16th of July
On Sunday 16th of July from 4am to 4:30am CEST, Mercury will be unavailable for a scheduled system update maintenance window.

Belgium – update on regional strike actions
We would like to inform you that there are no longer ongoing social actions. You might still see small delays in delivery of your parcels in Brussels and the South of Belgium but this should be limited as priority was put on clearing all backlog.

SERVICE ALERT | 28-06-2023
Belgium – regional strike actions
We would like to inform you that a regional strike against bpost was announced. As a result several social actions have been taken, especially in the Brussels regions and in the south of Belgium. The Northern region of Belgium is much less impacted. Several sorting centres might be blocked. Although most actions are concentrated in Brussels and Wallonia, this may also effect the delivery of your mail and parcels throughout Belgium. Bpost is currently in conversation with our trade union partner to limit the impact as much as possible.
There is currently only very limited impact on our international sorting centre. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will update you on the situation.
